The Eureka is an 8 input, 16 output matrix switch for SPDIF (coax) digital audio and analog (stereo) audio. All inputs are RCA connectors, and all
outputs are RJ45 connectors. The Eureka can transmit audio up to 1000 feet on Cat5e cables with outstanding performance.
An alternate use for the SPDIF digital audio inputs is matrix switching composite video. With 20MHz of bandwith, the Eureka performs very well with video.
The Eureka is a companion product that compliments the Delano video matrix. They are optimized to work together to send HD video and audio
signals to each Hornet receiver.
The Hornet receiver units (sold seperately) feature a decora style insert or a surface mount metal case with all six RCA connectors, and are powered
completely from the matrix switch.
